Našice

A Slavonian town that was the seat of the Counts Pejačević, whose castle still stands. It is the birthplace of the composer Dora Pejačević.

Našice sits in Slavonia, a part of Croatia with its own character, and the city & town is the reason most people stop.

Mornings are quieter and cooler. Most old towns wake up slowly, so an early coffee is worth the effort.

Timing your trip

For Našice, May to October is the dependable window. June and September are ideal, warm and lighter on crowds than July and August. In winter the country turns quieter and cheaper, especially in the inland cities.
